The economy is affecting everyone, even the impenetratable city of Scottsdale. In fact, foreclosures in Scottsdale are on the rise. A city that was once untouchable in a booming real estate market is now available at rock-bottom prices. Many young families just starting out now have the ability to purchase affordable homes near their families in Scottsdale. There are a variety of homes now in their price range but these prices will not last forever. Eventually the market will correct itself and the prices of homes in Scottsdale will return to normal.
